Best soft play we've been to. Huge space, lots of seats, lots of different play areas for different ages along with lots of games machines. Cafe had a big selection of food & drink.

This is currently the best soft play place for children in Northern Ireland. It goes up to children of an older age. It is a clean and welcoming large space that has a stage for entertainment, and they also have nice food. What could make it even better is if they opened another one in Belfast city centre but we can't always have it all. ❤️

Kids really loved it. Noisy but that hors with the territory. Coffee was good. Food was surprisingly good- kids food mostly but they liked it

This place is amazing. The care the staff have for the children is above and beyond. Not only do they do games, sing songs and dance but they go out if their way to make children feel special. Thank you to the staff member for letting my child sing karaoke 🎤. It made her whole day. You are all superstars. …

We'll maintained indoor soft play. Also the staff are excellent and very attentive. One girl in particular - with short hair and tattoos - was brilliant with my little boy after he hurt himself. It's a great place and I can't rate it highly enough.

its handy for 2 children (1 year old and 4 year old) when im on my own as there are seperate sections based on age - its not always adhered to of course but its nice having a baby section... then a section for 4 year olds and then the big section for the older kids. Just found mouldy popcorn in the baby section - definitely could be tidier

Nice play area and party place for kids. The play area is sorted according to children’s age and with plenty of space for kids to run around. The party rooms are big enough. Kids had a lovely time!

Just found out today that they won't be accepting cash for entry, welp that's the last my kids will be back. I did ask the lady at the till is it possible to book and pay on arrival, no she said. Soon we will be like China and the social credit system. What happen to the days where people realised the value of cash transactions, I'd advise anybody to boycott anywhere that won't accept cash, I'm not against paying by card but definitely against any company that refuses cash, cash is king and these businesses need to realise this. So not only did you're receptionist say I have to book online to which I replied can I not book and pay on arrival and she said no and you're calling me a liar??? Don't be so ignorant why would I have left a review then makes no sense. Maybe you're staff are the liars or untrained. I'm no liar and I've no need to lie, my kids enjoy a play there once a month. Maybe take the time to think before you reply and don't be so idiotic, I've nothing to gain from lying where as yous do because your a buisness. So if I'm advised to book online how do I pay when the lady said that's the way it is. Sort yourselves out, il boycott anyone or any buisness that dictates digital payment. Absolutely rude to call me a liar there is no option to book online and pay at door and you're staff and I quote "this the last time you can pay in like this....
